What you will do

• Lead cross-functional stakeholders across mechanical, software, app, and system integration engineering to ensure successful product releases.
• Own overall program success with a maniacal focus on scope, cost, schedule, and product performance KPIs.
• Identify program risks and develop robust mitigation and contingency plans to keep deliverables on track.
• Utilize metrics, KPIs, and data to drive critical decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Act as the General Manager for New Product Development within the assigned motorized product line.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of direct program management experience, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Jira, and Visio.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-visibility, technical, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
• Strong executive presentation skills and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
