TL;DR

People Programs Manager (Fintech): Designing and evolving employee experience programs, culture initiatives, and DEI frameworks with an accent on recognition, employer branding, and global scalability. Focus on building ERG infrastructure, managing global event cadences, and aligning the internal employee experience with the external employer brand.

Location: Hybrid (New York, US). Team members based near key hubs are expected to work from the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $119,000 - $147,000 annually + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Design and evolve core Employee Experience (EX) programs, including recognition, milestone moments, and onboarding.
  • Develop the global events calendar and manage the end-to-end swag strategy, including vendor selection and distribution.
  • Activate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and amplify authentic employee stories across internal and external channels.
  • Lead DEI programming with a focus on building and enabling Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and their governance.
  • Own program budgets and manage external partnerships with event venues and recognition platforms.
  • Balance centralized global standards with local office identity and regional nuance across multiple markets.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in People Programs, HR, Employee Experience, or Internal Communications.
  • Must be based in New York and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
  • Proven experience building DEI initiatives and managing ERG infrastructure.
  • Strong project management discipline and experience with budget ownership and planning cycles.
  • Experience working within a global company with multi-site complexity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting org-wide messaging.
