TL;DR
Director of People Partnerships (SaaS): Establishing the people partnership framework and leading a team of People Partners across GTM, Customer, R&D, and G&A divisions with an accent on org design and leadership development. Location: Houston, Texas or Remote (USA). Travel is an expected part of the role.

What you will do
- Establish the people partnership frameworks, operating rhythms, and standards for the organization.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 People Partners embedded across GTM, Customer, R&D, and G&A.
- Own the talent architecture, focusing on rigorous org design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Act as a player-coach by personally owning senior leader relationships and handling escalated employee matters.
- Build manager capability through the execution of calibrations, performance rigor, and coaching frameworks.
- Diagnose team health and performance gaps using engagement data and attrition signals to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in people partnership or a related function.
- 3–4 years at the Director or Senior HRBP level within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Proven experience supporting revenue-generating (GTM) and R&D organizations.
- Operational fluency with HRIS platforms (Rippling a plus) and performance tools (Lattice).
- Active use of AI tools to improve synthesis, decision-making, and workflows.
- Must be based in the USA to align with corporate benefits and structure.
