What you will do

  • Lead the Learning team, defining the strategy and executing the design and delivery of growth solutions.
  • Collaborate with People team members and business stakeholders to ensure program adoption and consistency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness to grow employee capabilities.
  • Develop internal communications and engagement plans to support change management efforts.
  • Establish and communicate success metrics to demonstrate the value of Learning programs and investments.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in learning and leadership development.
  • Proven track record of scaling L&D strategies for organizations with 2500+ employees.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with micro-learning, virtual experiences, and learner user journeys.
  • Proficiency in managing learning tech platforms and vendor partnerships.
  • Must be based in Canada.
