What you will do
- Lead and develop a global Partner Sales organization across Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
- Establish and execute a global sales strategy to meet annual organizational targets.
- Manage sales excellence through pipeline reporting and accurate forecasting.
- Cultivate deep relationships with internal sales leaders and external partner organizations.
- Collaborate with Partner Managers to ensure consistent partner experiences and competencies.
- Contribute to the Partner Ecosystem Leadership Team to drive organizational improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading sales teams and developing other sales leaders.
- Proven track record working with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and in indirect sales models.
- Ability to sell to C-level executives across IT, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing.
- Strong business acumen and experience in account planning and execution.
