Location: Must be based in the US
Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and contract new implementation and reseller partners in the CPM/EPM and ERP space.
- Lead structured onboarding programs to ensure partners are fully enabled and ready to succeed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, providing strategic guidance and ongoing support.
- Co-develop business plans with partners, focusing on lead generation, sales targets, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and events to accelerate pipeline.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, and Product teams to ensure partners have necessary resources.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances within SaaS, EPM, or CPM sectors.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling implementation and reseller partners.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and partner enablement best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on partner performance.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with consulting, advisory, or systems integration partners.
- CPM sales experience.
