TL;DR

Partner Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and market expansion through the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of implementation and reseller partners with an accent on the EPM/CPM software ecosystem. Focus on building strategic relationships, executing joint go-to-market campaigns, and tracking partner performance to accelerate pipeline growth.

Location: Must be based in the US

Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and contract new implementation and reseller partners in the CPM/EPM and ERP space.
  • Lead structured onboarding programs to ensure partners are fully enabled and ready to succeed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, providing strategic guidance and ongoing support.
  • Co-develop business plans with partners, focusing on lead generation, sales targets, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and events to accelerate pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, and Product teams to ensure partners have necessary resources.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances within SaaS, EPM, or CPM sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling implementation and reseller partners.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and partner enablement best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on partner performance.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with consulting, advisory, or systems integration partners.
  • CPM sales experience.
