TL;DR
Staff Engineer (Fullstack/Fintech): Designing and driving the technical direction of enterprise engineering platforms for scalable design and content enablement with an accent on standardization, debt reduction, and resilient design patterns. Salary: $126,490 - $171,134 per year

What you will do
- Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and define the long-term technical direction of enterprise platforms.
- Design software integration patterns across a diverse engineering ecosystem aligned with business initiatives.
- Develop the most architecturally impactful components of solutions and define useful development frameworks and libraries.
- Lead the resolution of critical incidents and proactively improve the CI/CD pipeline for increased stability and resilience.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Evaluate and select external software vendors, assessing their impact on business goals and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering environments, translating abstract concepts into detailed software plans.
- Proven experience architecting solutions with a focus on high availability, reliability, security, and performance SLOs.
- Proficiency with React, Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, GraphQL, Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions, Datadog, Kubernetes, Open Shift, Terraform, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to high-level management through documentation and presentations.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) or Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
