- Design and build scalable web applications and APIs.
- Drive architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems.
- Build CRM workflows and systems for relationship, deal, and opportunity management.
- Develop AI-powered features that surface insights from operational data.
- Improve developer productivity through tooling, automation, and AI-assisted development.
- Mentor engineers and help establish engineering practices and culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack experience building modern web applications.
- Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to work in evolving, ambiguous environments.
