What you will do

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for dealer-facing products, from concept to production.
• Architect and implement advanced features using Java, React, and TypeScript.
• Modernize and rearchitect existing systems to leverage AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Promote operational excellence and observability to resolve complex production issues.
• Integrate AI technologies to optimize development processes and team efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and help establish the technical culture in the Dublin hub.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal role.
• Deep expertise in Java, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React.
• 5+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems using service-oriented architecture.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Aptitude for leveraging AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor to enhance productivity.

Nice to have

• Deep experience with server-side TypeScript and modern isomorphic frameworks like Remix.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs.
