Salary: €90,000 – €108,000 EUR

What you will do
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for dealer-facing products, from concept to production.
- Architect and implement advanced features using Java, React, and TypeScript.
- Modernize and rearchitect existing systems to leverage AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Promote operational excellence and observability to resolve complex production issues.
- Integrate AI technologies to optimize development processes and team efficiency.
- Mentor engineers and help establish the technical culture in the Dublin hub.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal role.
- Deep expertise in Java, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React.
- 5+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems using service-oriented architecture.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Aptitude for leveraging AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor to enhance productivity.
Nice to have
- Deep experience with server-side TypeScript and modern isomorphic frameworks like Remix.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs.
