What you will do
- Take full commercial ownership of active partnerships, managing QBRs and escalation processes.
- Execute merchant activation strategies to drive GMV-weighted penetration and unique customer activation.
- Build bottoms-up GMV forecasts and implement acceleration levers such as pricing optimization and co-marketing.
- Increase the share of EC originations by optimizing the awareness-to-conversion funnel.
- Establish structured management cadences and real-time health dashboards using Databricks.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end partnerships from negotiation and term sheets to commercial growth.
- Direct accountability for partnership P&L or revenue/GMV targets.
- Business-level fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Must have experience operating in Latin American markets, specifically Colombia.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics platforms like Databricks, Looker, or Tableau.
- Background in Fintech, BNPL, or credit products, with an understanding of payment ecosystems.

- Consulting background or equivalent experience in structured problem-solving under ambiguity.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate workflows and analysis.
