Location: Must be based in the Southeast Central US region (GA, MS, AL, AR, TN, or LA), ideally near a major airport hub such as Atlanta, Birmingham, Memphis, or Little Rock.

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Drive adoption of Prospera and Renasight tests in leading transplant centers and academic medical institutions.
• Develop and execute data-driven business plans tailored to the multi-state Southeast medical landscape.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the abdominal transplant space.
• Analyze complex account workflows and clinical barriers to deliver solution-oriented presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical teams and medical science liaisons to ensure a world-class client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive, high-performance sales experience.
• Proven track record in transplant diagnostics, specialty pharma, or advanced laboratory-developed tests (LDTs).
• Must be based in or have verifiable relationships within GA, MS, AL, AR, TN, or LA.
• Demonstrated experience successfully launching novel clinical products in competitive markets.
