Salary: $190,000 - $237,500

A Series D mental healthcare platform automating insurance administration to make therapy more accessible for everyone.

What you will do

  • Lead an engineering team end-to-end, managing hiring, professional growth, and team culture.
  • Co-own the roadmap for a critical surface of the insurance platform that other teams depend on.
  • Drive technical direction, including architectural decisions and build-vs-buy trade-offs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in billing, payer partnerships, and data platforms.
  • Maintain operational health through incident response and sustainable on-call planning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • 2+ years of experience managing engineers.
  • Experience building scalable services, APIs, or pipelines at a meaningful scale.
  • Ability to provide direct, kind feedback and lead through technical credibility in design reviews.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, claims, or payments platforms.
  • Production ML or data-platform fluency.
  • Experience in scaleups (Series B through D).
  • Experience building internal tooling for operations or support teams.
