What you will do

• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams to support rapid product growth.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business strategy into high-quality software.
• Drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple technical initiatives.
• Review architecture, challenge technical tradeoffs, and unblock engineers.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent while maintaining a high bar for quality.
• Ensure operational excellence through metrics, retrospectives, and postmortems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management.
• Proven track record of delivering production software at scale.
• Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyper-growth companies.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-Native software delivery workflows.
• Background in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries.
• Experience building 0→1 product teams or B2B integrations.
