Salary: $206,500–$243,000

What you will do
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams to support rapid product growth.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate business strategy into high-quality software.
- Drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple technical initiatives.
- Review architecture, challenge technical tradeoffs, and unblock engineers.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Ensure operational excellence through metrics, retrospectives, and postmortems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management.
- Proven track record of delivering production software at scale.
- Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers.
Nice to have
- Experience in hyper-growth companies.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-Native software delivery workflows.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries.
- Experience building 0→1 product teams or B2B integrations.
