Strategic Account Executive (Healthcare): Driving revenue growth and managing high-value enterprise accounts within the healthcare sector with an accent on consultative sales of SaaS solutions like Workspace ONE and Horizon. Focus on building C-level relationships, executing complex sales cycles, and aligning innovative digital workspace technology with the strategic needs of payers, providers, and life sciences organizations.

Location: Remote USA. Travel: 50–60% for in-person customer engagements.

Compensation: USD $280,000–$400,000 (OTE).

What you will do

  • Manage complex, high-value accounts within the healthcare segment.
  • Develop and influence C-level relationships to become a trusted advisor.
  • Represent the full SaaS portfolio using a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Identify and close new business while expanding existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and strategic account plans in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of successful SaaS enterprise field sales experience.
  • Deep experience selling to large healthcare customers (payers, providers, life sciences, or med device).
  • Proven track record of quota over-achievement and complex deal management.
  • Expertise in territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions.
  • Experience with modern sales tools and Salesforce.
