Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tax laws.
• Provide technical guidance to tax staff and identify tax-saving opportunities and eligible credits for clients.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues, including new tax laws and their implications.
• Manage client expectations, engagement timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of tax projects.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to tax review procedures and workflows.

Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
• Experience with tax preparation and accounting; public accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to engage professionally with clients.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ; Murrysville, PA; or Tucson, AZ.

Nice to have

• Experience with compiled and reviewed financial statements.
• Proficiency with ClickUp, CCH/Engagement, and QuickBooks.
