What you will do

• Manage and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and business entities.
• Lead tax planning, consulting, and advisory engagements for clients.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate tax engagement teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to firm growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Demonstrated experience managing tax engagements and client relationships.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex or multi-entity tax structures.
• Prior experience managing tax planning or advisory engagements.
