Focus on coaching reps through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and refining a repeatable, AI-forward enterprise sales motion.

Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 Enterprise Account Executives focused on net-new business.
  • Drive performance through rigorous pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and clear coaching cadences.
  • Engage directly in key deals to provide executive alignment and strategic intervention.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, RevOps, and Alliances to improve win rates and field execution.
  • Refine sales operating rhythms, including forecasting, account planning, and discovery processes.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve deal inspection, rep productivity, and forecast visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading high-performing enterprise B2B SaaS sales teams.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales fundamentals including MEDDPICC, multithreading, and executive alignment.
  • Experience coaching reps through long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Operational expertise in managing performance via CRM, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CPQ, billing, or revehirify.global lifecycle platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and system integrators.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth or venture-backed SaaS company.
