TL;DR

Partner Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Influencing technical GTM leaders and SEs at top ISV partners to drive co-sell opportunities with an accent on technical evangelism and partner enablement. Focus on project-managing partner product builds and closing integration gaps to tighten joint positioning.

Location: Remote (North America). Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)

Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 OTE ($126,000–$154,000 Base)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partner SEs, engineering, and sales leaders at Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
  • Support partner sales teams with demo environments, architecture reviews, and deal-level technical support.
  • Lead technical evangelism inside partner organizations through joint demos and reference architectures.
  • Translate technical field feedback into prioritized requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Project-manage partner-driven product items from initial problem statement to shipped changes.
  • Identify and resolve integration gaps with key ISVs to open new joint go-to-market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner SE, or Solutions Architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Proven track record of influencing deals and product direction through partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with senior technical stakeholders (PMs, SAs).
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for partner and customer engagements.
