What you will do

• Lead the delivery of the Platform Services group and oversee engineering execution of platform capabilities.
• Own the development of platform features supporting planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial data management.
• Drive architectural consistency for shared financial data models across the platform.
• Lead platform migration initiatives using safe deployment strategies, including parallel schemas and feature flags.
• Manage, mentor, and coach software engineers to foster technical growth and high performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable platform solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise with SQL, relational databases, and financial/ERP systems.
• Experience designing APIs, integration solutions, and event-driven architectures.
• Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS platforms and observability practices.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools.
