What you will do

• Manage and execute complex accounting and advisory engagements for a diverse client base.
• Review financial statements and journal entries to ensure strict compliance with GAAP.
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Oversee work performed by Associates, providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
• Conduct technical research and draft clear, concise accounting memos.
• Utilize ERP systems and accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in public accounting or an industry accounting function.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Sioux Falls, SD.
• CPA license or eligibility is preferred.
