What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with high accuracy.
• Manage the company's first audit and maintain relationships with tax advisors and auditors.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and equity administration.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Optimize financial systems and processes to support rapid scaling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 2 years as a Controller.
• CPA certification required.
• Deep expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience scaling finance functions within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven track record of improving close processes and internal controls.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York.
