What you will do

• Lead and execute complex audit areas following firm methodology
• Review workpapers prepared by audit staff and interns for accuracy and completeness
• Supervise, coach, and provide constructive feedback to junior team members
• Identify audit issues, perform advanced analysis, and propose resolutions
• Communicate engagement progress, risks, and findings to audit management
• Coordinate client requests, walkthroughs, and audit timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA licensure
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
• Experience leading audit areas and supervising staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH

Nice to have

• Public accounting experience with mid-market or public company clients
• Experience with complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, leases, and equity
