TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive (MedTech SaaS): Lead efforts to identify and close strategic opportunities at major MedTech accounts with an accent on consultative sales strategies and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. Focus on generating pipeline with Fortune 500 accounts, conducting discovery calls and ROI discussions, and collaborating across teams to meet ARR targets.
Location: Boston or Remote (must have eligible work permit in the USA)

What you will do
- Identify, negotiate, and close opportunities at existing and new MedTech enterprises.
- Establish vision and plan for long-term pipeline generation with Fortune 500 accounts.
- Develop consultative sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive predictable bookings.
- Quarterback enterprise sales motion including discovery calls, demos, value engineering, and presentations.
- Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and IT.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to achieve objectives and deliver feedback.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets and new logo growth goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS or Medical Device products
- Expect to travel approximately 50% of the time for business reviews, events, and customer visits
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding competitive quota
- Proactive, gritty, self-motivated with infectious energy and resiliency
- Exceptional communicator prioritizing successful sales processes
- Excel at navigating large enterprises to engage key decision-makers
- Ability to connect and empathize with Medical Device executive teams
- Must have eligible work permit in the USA

- Experience selling to Medical Device or Life Sciences industries
- Network of Medical Device executives and commercial contacts
