Salary: $90,000 – $143,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive sales of products, software, and services across all commercial classes of trade.
- Conduct sales meetings and product knowledge training for customers and distribution partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and end-user attitudes to provide actionable insights to management.
- Document all sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Identify and penetrate end-user facilities to sell the complete product line.
- Attend national and regional conventions and trade shows to support business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of field sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in commercial or industrial sales.
- Ability to travel as required for the role.
- Proficiency with CRM software and comfort with technology.
Nice to have
- Experience in security, safety lockout (LOTO), and electrical arc flash safety sales.
- Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) certification.
