Partner Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Japan partner ecosystem strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Build strategic relationships with consulting partners, systems integrators, technology partners, and distributors.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, segment, and prioritize strategic partners across target markets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, solution engineering, professional services, customer success, legal, and operations teams to generate pipeline and revenue.
• Develop partner enablement, certification, accreditation, joint marketing, and demand-generation programs.
• Establish executive relationships, business reviews, joint business plans, and operational cadences to drive partner success.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, alliances, or business development within enterprise software.
• Proven success developing partner strategies that drive pipeline, revenue, and market growth.
• Strong understanding of distributor, systems integrator, consulting, and technology partner ecosystems.
• Experience with joint business plans, partner enablement, marketing initiatives, and executive-level engagement.
• Strong commercial, entrepreneurial, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Business proficiency in English is required for engagement with hirify.global’s global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, non-human identity, Agentic AI, or other enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience adapting to new and disruptive technologies.
