Location: Hybrid, must be based in Northern Ireland or ROI.

What you will do

  • Identify and research prospective mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Initiate and manage outbound communication through email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with SDR Lead and Marketing to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.
  • Participate in training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Keep accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM (HubSpot & Salesforce) and track activities.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the IT sector, ideally with software, cloud, or DevOps solutions.
  • 1-2 years of sales/prospecting experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies like email sequences, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of DevOps, cloud, or CI/CD processes.
  • Must be based in Northern Ireland or ROI and have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
