What you will do
- Identify and research prospective mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Initiate and manage outbound communication through email, phone calls, and social media.
- Conduct discovery calls, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with SDR Lead and Marketing to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Keep accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM (HubSpot & Salesforce) and track activities.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the IT sector, ideally with software, cloud, or DevOps solutions.
- 1-2 years of sales/prospecting experience.
- Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals.
- Familiarity with sales strategies like email sequences, cold calling, and social selling.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of DevOps, cloud, or CI/CD processes.
- Must be based in Northern Ireland or ROI and have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
