TL;DR

Account Development Representative (ADR) (Sales): Driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the industrial technology sector with an accent on outbound prospecting and pipeline development. Focus on building early-stage pipeline, managing prospect interactions in HubSpot, and partnering with Account Executives to ensure successful deal progression.

Location: Must be based in Ireland

What you will do

  • Proactively generate qualified business opportunities through structured outbound and inbound outreach.
  • Research and identify target accounts and buying signals to support pipeline development.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Manage prospect interactions and pipeline data using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Account Executives to align messaging and qualification standards.
  • Analyze outreach performance to continuously improve prospecting effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, sales development, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline through cold calling and email outreach.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Apollo or Lusha.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be based in Ireland.
