TL;DR

Federal Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and managing high-value accounts within the US Intelligence Community with an accent on strategic relationship building and complex enterprise sales cycles. Focus on navigating C-level stakeholder engagement, executing consultative sales strategies for the hirify.global portfolio, and ensuring long-term customer success.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Washington DC Metro Area) with 50–60% travel required for in-person customer engagements.

Compensation: $280,000–$400,000 OTE per year.

What you will do

  • Manage complex, high-value accounts within the US Intelligence Community to drive revenue growth and renewals.
  • Develop and influence C-level relationships as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
  • Represent the full SaaS portfolio, including Workspace ONE and Horizon, using a consultative sales approach.
  • Execute strategic account planning and maintain precise pipeline forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Stay current on EUC trends and the competitive landscape to position innovative solutions effectively.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required.
  • 5–10 years of successful SaaS enterprise field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • Expertise in developing strategic relationships with C-level decision makers at Fortune 500 customers.
  • Strong proficiency in territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
