TL;DR

Scientific Solutions Partner (AI/Life Sciences): Managing the full customer engagement cycle from technical discovery and solution architecture to commercial closing for the Tetra OS platform with an accent on transforming fragmented scientific data into AI-native assets. Focus on designing complex data architectures, leading proof-of-concept engagements, and driving revenue growth within enterprise biopharma and biotech accounts.

Location: Hybrid. Must reside in or near New Jersey or Boston, MA

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery and design solution architectures aligned to specific scientific use cases.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to contracting and closing.
  • Own and execute proof-of-concept (POC) and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Synthesize platform capabilities into comprehensive and accurate RFP technical responses.
  • Manage account health, expansion, and renewals in collaboration with Delivery Managers.
  • Represent the company as a scientifically credible voice at industry conferences and seminars.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in life science, chemistry, or engineering (MS or PhD highly preferred).
  • 5+ years of combined scientific, technical, and commercial experience in life sciences software or informatics.
  • Direct experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO/CDMO environments.
  • Proven track record of leading technical sales cycles in enterprise SaaS, including POC and RFP ownership.
  • Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, scientific data formats, and data harmonization.
  • Must reside in or near New Jersey or Boston, MA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, or Force Management.
  • Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
