What you will do

• Act as a technical lead for strategic client relationships across various industry verticals.
• Provide authoritative guidance on API, IT operations, security, and technical processes.
• Collaborate with Executive, Product, and Sales leaders to meet client objectives.
• Lead product evaluations and proof of concepts (PoCs) for enterprise customers.
• Perform high-level discovery and conduct internal training, demos, and webinars.
• Support pre- and post-sales engineering responsibilities across multiple sales teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Pre/post-Sales or Sales Engineering.
• Proven experience working within SaaS or DaaS environments.
• Experience implementing software solutions for large, dynamic enterprise companies.
• B.S. degree in engineering or a similar program (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with executive-level clients.
