What you will do

• Manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board of directors appointments.
• Develop and execute customized search strategies using market intelligence and professional networks.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on compensation, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber executive and board-level candidates.
• Conduct rigorous candidate evaluations, including leadership assessments and reference checks.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to internal policies and local labor regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment with a track record of placing C-suite executives.
• Expertise recruiting within Banking, FinTech, or Technology industries.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation structures and equity packages.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills to engage senior executives and board stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience at a retained executive search firm or in-house executive talent acquisition at a major financial institution.
• Existing network of senior leaders across Latin America and North America.
• Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and board composition.
• Additional language proficiency in Portuguese.
