Executive Recruiter (FinTech)

Location: Remote in Brazil; candidates must be based in Bogotá, Colombia. Collaboration across multiple time zones is required.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for C-suite positions and board of directors appointments.
• Develop customized search strategies using research, market intelligence, executive networks, and market mapping.
• Advise senior leadership, board committees, and hiring managers on compensation, organizational design, succession planning, and market trends.
• Build pipelines and long-term relationships with executive and board-level candidates across Latin America and global markets.
• Conduct competency-based interviews, leadership assessments, reference checks, and candidate presentations.
• Maintain recruitment records and reporting in applicant tracking and CRM systems while following labor regulations and DEI practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive executive recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated success placing C-suite executives and board members, including governance-focused and independent director searches.
• Recruitment expertise in Banking, FinTech, and/or Technology.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation, equity packages, and incentive frameworks.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, including executive search tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish; based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience at a retained executive search firm or in-house executive talent acquisition team at a major financial institution or technology company.
• Senior leadership and board-level networks across Latin America, North America, and global markets.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, board composition, and diversity-focused executive searches.
• Portuguese or another additional language.
