What you will do

• Design and deploy priority AI solutions for the world's largest healthcare and life sciences enterprises.
• Own and grow strategic accounts, expanding relationships across new workstreams.
• Manage delivery outcomes and day-to-day relationships with senior customer C-Suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ML engineers, forward deployed engineers, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Act as a thought partner to leadership to shape the product roadmap and internal operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or strategic roles in rapidly growing companies.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with clinical and scientific stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and quantitative analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead AI projects and drive high-quality deliverables amidst ambiguity.
• Work authorization and residency in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Degree in computer science or other STEM field.
• Experience building software or machine learning systems.
• Deep domain knowledge in pharma or life sciences.
