TL;DR

Majors Account Executive (SaaS): Managing net new account acquisition and account expansion for mid-to-large size companies within the productivity software space with an accent on consultative sales and solution selling. Focus on converting high-value leads, conducting complex product demonstrations, and optimizing the sales pipeline for enterprise-level clients.

Location: Hybrid (San Diego, US). Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $180,000 – $190,000

What you will do

  • Handle new business leads for companies with 1,000-2,000 employees.
  • Convert free trials, marketing leads, and demo requests into paid customers to exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demos via web conferencing tools.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion tools.
  • Analyze customer segments to identify new opportunities and improve pipeline quality.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant sales experience, including the full sales cycle from acquisition to retention.
  • 4-6 years of experience specifically in SaaS sales.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided for this role).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas through net new account acquisition.
  • Experience leading Requests for Information (RFI) or Requests for Quotes (RFQ).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management software or other productivity tools.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, or Front.
  • Experience with e-commerce signup flows and field sales.
  • Basic exposure to Customer Service and Technical Support processes.
