What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and customer retention targets within the Natural Products market.
- Develop and execute full-cycle sales strategies for assigned territories, including sales presentations and packages.
- Identify and expand sales opportunities through market analysis and attendance at industry-related events.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and perform forecasting using Salesforce.
- Negotiate complex client relationships using a value-based, consultative approach.
- Mentor and support the training of the sales team.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in media and B2B event sales.
- Must be located in or able to work from Boulder, CO.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
- Deep understanding of consultative selling and value-based negotiation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
