What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and customer retention targets within the Natural Products market.
  • Develop and execute full-cycle sales strategies for assigned territories, including sales presentations and packages.
  • Identify and expand sales opportunities through market analysis and attendance at industry-related events.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and perform forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Negotiate complex client relationships using a value-based, consultative approach.
  • Mentor and support the training of the sales team.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in media and B2B event sales.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Boulder, CO.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling and value-based negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
