Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving sales growth by acquiring new restaurant partners through proactive prospecting and pipeline management with an accent on hospitality sales and deal closing. Focus on sourcing qualified partners, navigating the seven stages of the sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with external stakeholders.

Location: Must reside in the Dallas, TX area. Primarily remote with up to 3 days per week of in-market activities (drop-ins, door knocking) and up to 25% travel.

Salary: $100,000 base + $60,000 OTE (uncapped)

What you will do

• Source, qualify, and close new restaurant partners to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Maintain a consistent activity level to ensure a full pipeline, including re-engaging old leads.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted partner for prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to ensure seamless launches for new partners.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing to refine acquisition approaches.
• Track and update all deal communications in Salesforce in real time.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Dallas, TX area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role.
• Experience in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong hunter mentality and excellent communication skills.

• 10+ years of experience in quota-exceeding sales.
