TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (Legal): Developing and growing new customer accounts within the legal community through consultative selling and strategic prospecting with an accent on B2B web-based marketing solutions. Focus on achieving monthly sales targets, cold calling, and managing territory-based client relationships.

Location: Onsite in assigned territory (USA); must be actively in the field on most business days with some overnight travel.

Compensation: $75,000 base, averaging $80,000–$150,000 (Top earners $200K+ OTE).

What you will do

  • Develop and grow new customer accounts among small-to-mid sized law firms within an assigned territory.
  • Consult with clients on web-based marketing strategies to improve their business generation capabilities.
  • Drive growth through aggressive prospecting and cold calling.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Management teams to ensure post-sales satisfaction and client retention.
  • Manage the full sales cycle to consistently attain monthly sales targets and quotas.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA and able to work in the field with overnight travel.
  • Experience in outside sales within a professional B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ of sales performance targets.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.com.
