TL;DR

Senior Manager, Marketing Web Development (React/Jamstack): Leading the team responsible for marketing web properties and digital experiences with an accent on architecture, optimization, and cross-functional execution. Location: Hybrid in Oakland, CA (In-office Mon/Wed/Thu). Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $174,000–$220,000

What you will do

  • Lead the marketing web development function, ensuring site stability, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Analyze web performance, focusing on site speed, technical SEO, and overall site health.
  • Own reporting and insights on visitor behavior, conversion trends, and emerging AI visibility metrics.
  • Manage the development process, including intake, prioritization, QA, and release planning.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional projects across stakeholders, systems, and business goals.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of developers through feedback and professional growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web development or web marketing (or 3 years with an advanced degree).
  • Technical expertise in JavaScript, React, CSS, and Jamstack architecture.
  • Proven track record of people management and growing technical teams.
  • Experience with web analytics, SEO data, and performance reporting.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Ability to maintain a hybrid schedule in the Oakland, CA office.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with leveraging Cursor for development.
