What you will do
- Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs, code, architecture, and driving direction for platform UI framework used by other teams.
- Deliver hands-on contributions to objectives like architectural decisions and pull requests for data-rich tables and panels.
- Collaborate with PMs on roadmaps, develop execution plans with milestones, track KPIs, and optimize team efficiency.
- Manage a small team of engineers: conduct 1:1s, feedback, career growth, reviews, and foster inclusive culture.
- Communicate priorities, ensure commitments, and measure platform reliability and developer experience.
Requirements
- 13+ years software development experience; proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java, C/C++, Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, agile, cloud computing, design patterns, frontend systems, and component-based architectures.
- Experience in technical/project leadership for multi-team initiatives, platform/framework work, high ambiguity projects, and strategic company-wide efforts.
- 1+ years direct people management; track record growing senior engineers/tech leads, hiring, interviewing.
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS/engineering or equivalent.

- Full-stack web dev, frontend framework design, data visualization, table-heavy UIs, distributed systems, microservices, Kubernetes, AI/LLM integration.
