Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Drive opportunity generation by researching and connecting with potential clients.
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, managing inbound leads and qualifying prospects.
- Track results strategically and iterate on outreach approaches to maximize impact.
- Create new engagement processes, playbooks, and frameworks to scale outreach efforts.
- Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to build relationships and generate value.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to share insights and contribute to sales strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- 2-3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, retail, or B2B sales roles.
- Competitive drive, persistence, and a self-starter mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and convey value.
- Creative and resourceful approach to lead generation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and contribute to team strategy.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or email automation tools.
