TL;DR

Focus on running discovery sessions, closing deals with IT leaders, and refining the sales playbook.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €35,000 - €50,000

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS company providing business management software that centralizes HR, finance, and operations workflows.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close for the hirify.global IT business line.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations for IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders.
  • Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers to unify people and IT management.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging.
  • Track and forecast opportunities accurately within HubSpot CRM.
  • Share customer insights with the product team to iterate and improve the offering.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within IT, Cloud, or Operations domains.
  • Native Italian language proficiency.
  • Professional English level.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and test new sales narratives.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to IT personas such as CIOs, IT Managers, or VPs of Engineering.
  • Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling within an existing customer base.
