Location: Remote (Must be based in Portugal)

Salary: €45,600 – €52,440

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 30+ global customers, serving as the primary point of contact for strategy and escalations.
  • Collaborate with the US Customer Success team to ensure a cohesive global approach and regional alignment.
  • Drive engagement with mental wellness programs and deliver benefit overview sessions to clients.
  • Lead global QBRs/ABRs and manage day-to-day reporting requests for global customers.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to grow accounts and reduce churn.
  • Provide customer feedback to product and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be based in Portugal.
  • Proven experience managing a book of business with 30+ customers across various segments.
  • Strong ability to act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams.
  • Ability to travel both locally and internationally.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Experience with SaaS, B2B customer success, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.
