Senior Channel Sales Operations Specialist (Legaltech): Leading transformative initiatives to drive operational excellence across the partner ecosystem with an accent on channel program infrastructure and partner performance. Location: Hybrid. Local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney are expected in the office at least twice per week.
Salary: $100,300 – $135,700 CAD

What you will do
- Own the operational infrastructure for global partner ecosystems across reseller and referral segments.
- Design and maintain partner-attributed pipeline tracking and reporting frameworks in Salesforce.
- Support partner pipeline inspection and forecast roll-ups alongside Channel Sales Leadership.
- Administer partner-facing tools, including partner portals and Salesforce channel-specific objects.
- Operationalize GTM motions including co-marketing campaigns and channel incentive programs.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and scale operational processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Channel/Partner Operations at a technology company.
- Proven track record supporting indirect revenue programs in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce objects, reporting, and attribution (Admin certification is a bonus).
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and sales tech stack (SalesLoft, ChiliPiper, Gong, ZoomInfo).
- High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for building performance models.
- Experience using BI tools to extract insights for pipeline attribution reporting.
