Focus on solving complex legal operations challenges and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $82,500 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle for approximately 60 mid-market accounts under $500K ARR.
  • Guide customers in utilizing hirify.globalX to solve their most pressing legal operations challenges.
  • Proactively mhirify.globalor account health, identify at-risk customers, and execute mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Renewals, Implementation, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and share CS best practices to improve overall organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio independently.
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, including Legal Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CS platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS or legal technology.
  • Bachelor's degree.
