Salary: $82,500 - $110,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle for approximately 60 mid-market accounts under $500K ARR.
- Guide customers in utilizing X to solve their most pressing legal operations challenges.
- Proactively mor account health, identify at-risk customers, and execute mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and surface expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Renewals, Implementation, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop and share CS best practices to improve overall organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio independently.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, including Legal Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CS platforms such as Gainsight or ChurnZero.
- Must be based in the USA.
