What you will do

• Develop and execute sales plans to effectively manage accounts within an assigned territory.
• Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Utilize communication skills and industry knowledge to close business deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.
• Analyze market trends and interpret data relevant to company initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience focusing on new logo acquisition.
• Proficiency in value selling approaches.
• Experience working in the Architecture, Construction or Engineering (AEC) field.
• Proven track record of overachievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
• Success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development.
• Ability to determine customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
