What you will do

• Use advanced modeling and predictive analytics to identify trends and patterns in business data.
• Build and manage data analytics products, including reports and dashboards, to create actionable insights.
• Develop predictive models to forecast customer lifetime value (LTV) and optimize marketing spend.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to prioritize data needs and ensure data quality.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts to grow their technical and strategic capabilities.
• Interact regularly with senior management and executive-level leaders to report on business performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization.
• Expertise in KPI dashboards, Web Analytics, and Product Marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Segment.
• Must be based in the United States.
