What you will do
- Lead GTM strategy, messaging, and campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue for the Licensed Technology Group.
- Synthesize market research and VOC into clear recommendations that shape product roadmaps and GTM priorities.
- Develop master messaging architectures and global positioning strategies aligned to personas and clinical workflows.
- Architect integrated demand generation programs (SEM, content, email, social) across partner channels to improve conversion and retention.
- Equip commercial teams with strategic sales enablement tools, including battle cards, value frameworks, and case studies.
- Manage tradeshow strategies and cultivate KOLs to amplify thought leadership and platform credibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business development within Life Sciences, Pharma, or Diagnostics.
- Deep understanding of Life Science Research, drug development, and IVD markets.
- High proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation (Marketo/Pardot), and Google Analytics.
- Ability to travel 20% for Austin office visits, trade shows, and customer meetings.
