What you will do

• Own product roadmaps for assigned products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders.
• Drive execution of new product development, sustaining engineering efforts, and product launch readiness.
• Incorporate customer feedback, field input, and market analysis into product decisions.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of product management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 5 years of experience in medical device and/or life sciences product management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bozeman, MT, USA.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and technical systems.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the sterilization and disinfection consumables space.
• Product management experience overseeing a biological indicator product line.
