Salary: $122,400 - $190,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead the product roadmap for care demand forecasting to optimize staffing, capacity, and cost decisions across the care network.
• Author comprehensive PRDs translating complex measurement requirements into actionable technical specifications and model architectures.
• Coordinate dependencies with Data Science and Care Operations to ensure alignment on forecasting methodology.
• Define and monitor technical metrics, such as forecast accuracy and model reliability, to drive efficiency gains.
• Build a structured validation and learning loop to systematically compare model performance against projections.
• Develop and implement the measurement framework for ROI to track value across member and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, data science, or a related field.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• Strong skills in quantitative modeling, forecasting systems, or measurement frameworks.
• Experience partnering with data science/engineering teams to ship data-powered products in production.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across product, operations, clinical, and commercial functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health, clinical operations, workforce planning, or enterprise wellness.
• Familiarity with causal inference or health economics and outcomes research.
• Experience building measurement infrastructure, including claims analytics or outcomes tracking.
