What you will do

• Create and implement integrated strategic and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research in the continuous/environmental monitoring space to identify trends and customer insights.
• Define product scope, acceptance criteria, and manage backlog prioritization using JIRA and Confluence.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA to ensure launch readiness and compliance with V&V and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches and maximize market impact.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to lead revenue and demand forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing with a proven track record of successful launches.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lakewood, CO, USA.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with IoT architecture, cloud platforms, and SaaS deployment models.
• Experience with environmental monitoring systems, sensor hardware, or data acquisition platforms.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Prior experience in industrial B2B for connectivity devices.
