Salary: $101,500 – $127,000

What you will do
- Create and implement integrated strategic and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research in the continuous/environmental monitoring space to identify trends and customer insights.
- Define product scope, acceptance criteria, and manage backlog prioritization using JIRA and Confluence.
- Coordinate with engineering and QA to ensure launch readiness and compliance with V&V and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute product launches and maximize market impact.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to lead revenue and demand forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing with a proven track record of successful launches.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lakewood, CO, USA.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with IoT architecture, cloud platforms, and SaaS deployment models.
- Experience with environmental monitoring systems, sensor hardware, or data acquisition platforms.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
- Prior experience in industrial B2B for connectivity devices.
