Salary: $181,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for commercial sales-facing products to enable rapid growth.
• Embed with sales teams, brokers, and consultants to identify bottlenecks and develop high-impact solutions.
• Design and build broker-facing products that simplify the evaluation and pitching of Garner services.
• Develop internal sales enablement tools to improve pipeline visibility and team productivity.
• Define and track success metrics for all product initiatives to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with a full lifecycle track record.
• Direct experience building sales tooling, CRM systems, or revenue operations products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial models and decompose business performance.
• Exceptional written communication skills for strategy and stakeholder alignment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as visa sponsorship is not available.
